Yes, you can disable your sportsbook access either temporarily or permanently.
To do so, you may contact Customer Support and inform them whether you would like a temporary or permanent restriction applied to your sportsbook access.
You can also self-exclude directly from the app by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Responsible Gaming tab.
4. Click on Ban Games.
5. Choose whether the exclusion will be temporary or permanent.
• For a temporary ban, select the number of days and click OK.
• For a permanent ban, click Ban and confirm your choice.
Please note that if you choose to permanently disable your sportsbook or casino access, this action cannot be reversed, in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
