How do I revert to the old software?
We are full steam ahead with the new look and feel and playing experience ACR Poker is going to deliver. There is no option to revert to the old software client. We’re working diligently to repair the small issues that are being reported with the relaunch. We trust this new platform will deliver you a heightened poker experience.

What documents do you accept for account certification?
These are the documents we accept for account certification:
- A clear picture of the front side of your Driver’s License or Government Issued ID that clearly states your name and date of birth.
- A clear picture of a recent utility bill, showing your name and registered address, not older than three months. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, a bank statement will also work, as long it is not older than three months and clearly states your name and address.
- If you choose to send us a bank statement, you can black out your financial information. Alternatively, feel free to provide us a voided blank check that shows your name and address.
- Clear pictures of the credit/debit card(s) used on our site.
How can I update my account information if I receive an error that my information is already being used on another account?
To update your account either email Customer Support or use our contact form. When writing, please include your player nickname and the email address associated with your account.
How do I finish creating my account?
- Remember that when you create your nickname, you don’t include any personal information or something that might be offensive.
- Also, make sure to look for the validation email in your inbox. If you don’t see it, check your Junk/Spam/Trash. If you still don’t see the email, please contact support@winningpokernetwork.com with the subject: Missing Activation Code
Now you’re done, so the only thing left is to enjoy the tables!
How do I close my account?
If you wish to close your account, please email Customer Support from the registered email address we have on file.
- When you send your request, please add your username and let us know if you want a temporary or permanent closure.
- Requests for temporary account closures should also let us know how long you want your account closed for.
- Keep in mind that permanent account closures are final. You won’t be able to reopen your account or create a new account under any circumstance after your account is closed permanently.
When logging in, I received a “Your ID or password is incorrect” message. How can I access my account?
If you can’t log into your account, here are a few things to try:
- Make sure your email address, which is your login ID, is written in lowercase letters. Note: The Poker King brand uses username rather than email address.
- Uncheck the Remember Password and Auto Login options on the login screen before entering your email address and password.
- Enter your login and password in a word document before pasting it directly into the poker client. This will eliminate the possibility of input errors.
If you are still having difficulties, you can reset your password by clicking on the ‘forgot password’ link. You should then receive an email our from team, then click on the link to launch the password reset form. Choose a new password that’s at least 8 characters and includes uppercase and lowercase letters, and has a minimum of one number and special character. Once your password is reset, you should be able to log in.

Can I change my nickname/table name?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your nickname.
Your nickname not only serves as your online identity, but it helps players recognize you at the tables. Since you can’t change who you are when playing in a live poker game, we generally do not let our players alter their identity online.
There are some exceptions to this rule. We will change a nickname if it is offensive. Also, if you’ve used your real name as your nickname, you can change it by sending an email to Customer Support.
In addition, we only allow one account per player. You are not permitted to close your account and create a new one. If we locate more than one account, we will proceed to close all additional accounts that were created.

- If ACR Poker: The countries that are currently banned on ACR Poker are Australia, France, French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Israel, Italy, Martinique, Mayotte, North Korea, Reunion, South Korea, Spain, Netherlands and Netherlands Territories, Sweden and Turkey.
- If Black Chip Poker: The countries that are currently banned on Black Chip Poker are Australia, France, French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Israel, Italy, Martinique, Mayotte, North Korea, Reunion, South Korea, Spain, Netherlands and Netherlands Territories, Sweden and Turkey.
- If Ya Poker: The countries that are currently banned on Ya Poker are Australia, France, French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Italy, Martinique, Mayotte, North Korea, Reunion, South Korea, Spain, Netherlands and Netherlands Territories, Turkey, Israel, Sweden and United States.

How do I change my account currency?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the currency of your account. Our poker client uses US Dollars, as all our cash games and tournaments operate in that currency.
Why can’t I log in from my new device?
If you have a new device and you can’t log in, you should see the message below
“You have logged in from a new device. A verification email has been sent to your email account”
- Check your email for a message from our device manager and click on the verification link. You can then log in.
