Each tournament ticket is listed with an expiration date in the poker client, so please make sure to use it while it’s still valid.

Remember, a tourney ticket is only for tourneys of that exact buy-in amount, or for the specific tournament they’re designated for. 

If you have a valid tournament ticket but receive an error message when attempting to use it, then restart the poker client. If it still doesn’t work, please contact customer support.
