Once a sports wager is accepted and placed, it is considered final and cannot be changed or canceled by the bettor.
If you believe there was an error with the wager after it has been settled, you may file a wager dispute (claim) with our support team within 15 calendar days from the settlement date of the wager. To do so, please contact us via Live Chat and provide your bet ticket number so the situation can be reviewed.
All logged system records will be used to determine what occurred, and decisions made by management regarding disputes are final.
