Why hasn’t my sports bet been graded?

All bets are graded once we receive the final official results from authorized sources. If results are already posted and your wager has not been graded, please contact our Customer Support team through Sports Live Chat and provide your bet reference number.
All claims must be reported within 15 calendar days from the date the wager was settled. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
For example, if a wager settles on the 1st of the month, any claim must be submitted by the 16th.

To help avoid issues, we strongly recommend reviewing your wagers carefully:
• Check your bets before confirming them on the online Bet Slip.
• Confirm they were entered correctly immediately after placing them.
• Review outcomes and payouts once the bets have settled.
