Unfortunately, tickets won to the Beast Satellite can’t be changed. You need to play in the tournament on the day you’re assigned.
No, you can’t buy points to unlock medals. Points from the Elite Benefits Program can only be acquired from playing cash games and tournaments.
The Welcome Bonus, which is worth up to $1,000, is only valid on your first deposit. However, if you make two $500 deposits, one right after the other, you can contact Customer Support and we can likely make an exception and give you the full $1,000 Welcome Bonus.
