The Beast is a weekly rake race for cash game players that runs from Saturday at 12am ET to Friday at 11:59pm ET. Just play cash games and you’ll automatically earn points for the leaderboard with no extra cost to participate. The prizes are tourney seats in cash, with millions paid since its inception. The Beast cash payout is made by end-of-day every Monday. If you win a tournament ticket, it will be held the Sunday following the cash prize payout. Just play Sit & Go’s, Jackpot Poker Games or On Demand tourneys and you’ll automatically earn points for the leaderboard with no extra cost to participate. As the prize pool grows, we hand out more cash and an increased number of tourney seats. For every $1 in the Sit & Crush prize pool, 75 cents is paid out in cash and 25 cents in tourney seats. To earn points for The Beast, just sit down and play at any cash game table. You’ll earn 1 point for every $0.02 fed to The Beast generated by you using the Weighted Contributed Rake methodology. To earn points for Sit & Crush, just buy in and play in a Sit & Go, On Demand tournament or Jackpot Poker Game. You will receive 5 points towards the leaderboard per $1 contributed to the jackpot. Both promotions come with no extra cost to the player.
Unfortunately, tickets won to the Beast Satellite can’t be changed. You need to play in the tournament on the day you’re assigned.
