What should I do if I can’t cash my check?

If you’re having trouble cashing your check, we can return the funds to your account.  But first we’ll need a letter from your bank explaining why you can’t cash the check, or you’ll need to send us a picture of the check with the word voided written across the front.  You can email either of these items for our attention at support@winningpokernetwork.com . How do I withdraw funds with Payz?

To withdraw funds with Payz: Click the My Account button located on the top right-hand side of the lobby in the poker client. Then click on the Withdraw button and choose Payz when the option appears. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. How do I make a Person to Person withdrawal?

Making a Person to Person withdrawal is easy. Click My Account at the top right of the client. Then, click the Withdraw button. Next, choose Money Transfer. On the next screen, enter the amount.
