It takes customer support between 24 and 72 hours to reply to an email, depending on the situation.

Do you have a phone number?
We currently offer support through our virtual assistant and email only. Should you need help or assistance, our support staff will respond in a timely manner. You can ask our virtual assistant to send an email on your behalf or use our contact form.

How can I report an abusive player?
You can report abusive behavior, which includes swearing, racism, sexism and harassment, by emailing support at support@winningpokernetwork.com. Please include your email, the username of the abusive player, a screenshot and any other info that could help us look into this matter. You can also report game misconduct through our security form here
Can I play at the same table as a friend?
At WPN we take pride for ensuring gameplay integrity. Therefore, we recommend that you don’t play on the same Cash Tables, Tournaments, Sit & Go’s or Jackpot Poker with anyone you know.
