Just follow these simple steps:

1.From the lobby click the green ‘My Account’ button
2.Click on ‘Deposit’
3.Next click on ‘Account Certification’’
4.Click on ‘Document Verification’
5.After choosing ID Verification, Proof of Address or Update Personal Information you will find the “Start” button.
Click on the buttons and then upload the document saved on your device by clicking the dotted box.
6.Finally, click “Send”.
7. Now you will be able to track the document verification status on the “History” tab.
