If you can’t log into your account, here are a few things to try: Make sure your email address, which is your login ID, is written in lowercase letters. Uncheck the ‘Remember Password’ option on the login screen before entering your email address and password. Enter your login and password in a word document before pasting it directly into the poker client.  This will eliminate the possibility of input errors.
