When logging in, I received a “Your ID or password is incorrect” message. How can I access my account? 

If you can’t log into your account, here are a few things to try:

  1. Make sure your email address, which is your login ID, is written in lowercase letters.
  2. Uncheck the Remember Password and Auto Login options on the login screen before entering your email address and password.
  3. Enter your login and password in a word document before pasting it directly into the poker client.  This will eliminate the possibility of input errors.

If you are still having difficulties, you can reset your password by clicking on the ‘forgot password’ link. You should then receive an email our from team, then click on the link to launch the password reset form.  Choose a new password that’s at least 8 characters and includes uppercase and lowercase letters, and has a minimum of one number and special character. Once your password is reset, you should be able to log in.
