Why hasn’t my sports bet been graded?

All bets are graded once we receive the final official results from authorized sources. If results are already posted and your wager has not been graded, please contact our Customer Support team through Sports Live Chat and provide your bet reference number. All claims must be reported within 15 calendar days from the date the wager was settled. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored. Can I get self-exclusion from sports betting?

Yes, you can disable your sportsbook access either temporarily or permanently. To do so, you may contact Customer Support and inform them whether you would like a temporary or permanent restriction applied to your sportsbook access. You can also self-exclude directly from the app by following these steps: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Open the Responsible Gaming tab. 4. Click on Ban Games. 5. Can I change or cancel a sports wager?

Once a sports wager is accepted and placed, it is considered final and cannot be changed or canceled by the bettor. If you believe there was an error with the wager after it has been settled, you may file a wager dispute (claim) with our support team within 15 calendar days from the settlement date of the wager. To do so, please contact us via Live Chat and provide your bet ticket number so the situation can be reviewed. All logged system records will be used to determine what occurred, and decisions made by management regarding disputes are final.
