How to use tourney tickets?

It’s easy to use your tourney ticket. First, go to My Account. Then, click Ticket Manager. There, you’ll see all your available tickets, along with their expiry dates. Remember, tourney tickets only work for tourneys of that exact buy-in amount, or for the tournament they’re designated for. And they can’t be exchanged for tournament bucks or combined with other tickets. If you win a ticket or seat to a tournament and you unregister from that tournament you will receive a tournament ticket of the same value. Tournament tickets cannot be unregistered for cash.

What are fees, and why do I have to pay them to play?

Tournament fees are around 10 percent of the buy-in, though this number may be lower (like in $200+15 buy-in or $1,000+50 buy-in tourneys). All online poker rooms and live poker rooms charge tournament fees for hosting games.

How can I see which tournaments I’m already registered in?

Log in to the poker client. Click on the “Tournaments” tab. Look for the section labeled “Yours.” In the “Yours” section, you will find a list of all the tournaments you have registered for. By accessing the “Yours” section under the “Tournaments” tab, you can easily keep track of the tournaments you are registered in, allowing you to stay updated and prepared for your upcoming games.

What does GTD mean?

GTD means guaranteed. When tournaments have “guarantees”, this means the poker room is guaranteeing that there will be a minimum amount of money in the prize pool. For instance, if a tournament is $1 Million Guaranteed, the poker room will pay out at least $1 million, even if the number of players does not cover the prize pool.

How do 7 Day No Rathole tables work?

Here’s how they work: 7-Day No Rathole tables are available at stakes of $0.10/$0.25, $1/$2, $5/$10, and $50/$100. You can buy-in for just 10 big blinds and you’re free to leave at any time. How to do add ons on tournaments?

At the end of the rebuy period in a rebuy/add-on tournament, you’ll be given the one-time option to add-on to your chip stack for a designated fee before the tournament goes into ‘Running’ state. This will pop up on your table, simply click on ‘ADD ON’ to purchase the additional chips.
