How do I report potentially suspicious activity or players for investigation?

If you have concerns regarding a particular player or activity, please follow these steps to report the issue: Fill out the Security Form on our website, and our team will initiate an investigation. Alternatively, you can email us directly at GameIntegrity@WinningPokerNetwork.com with as much relevant information as possible about the situation. Our Game Integrity team will thoroughly evaluate your report and implement the necessary measures to maintain and enforce a fair gaming environment for all players.

Can I use a VPN to play poker?

We highly advise you not to use a VPN on our site, it might trigger a security flag. If you do choose to use a VPN it will limit our ability to protect your account. If you decide to ignore our advice and wish to use a VPN to play on our site, you’ll need to email support at support@winningpokernetwork.com to let them know. In your email, you must state that you understand the risks associated with using a VPN and you must agree that WPN will not be responsible whatsoever for any account breaches under any circumstances.

How can I report a suspected security incident?

To report a security issue with your account, please email support@winningpokernetwork.com from your registered email address. Be sure to provide a brief description of your issue along with answers to the following questions: A) When was the last time you accessed your account? B) What was the balance of your account the last time you accessed it? C) Do you use VPNs or proxy connections to access our site? D) Have you used public hotspots to access your poker account? E) Have you received any suspicious emails recently? F) Does anyone else at your location have access to your computer?

Why do you use CAPTCHAs?

CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) is a security feature we implement in our games to confirm the presence of a human player at our tables. If a player fails to complete the CAPTCHA correctly, they may be presented with additional challenges to verify that they are the sole operator of the account. Failure to pass these challenges could result in penalties or temporary restrictions on the account to maintain a fair gaming environment for all players.

I failed the Captcha Test, what’s next?

CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) tests are done randomly to keep our tables safe and bot free. We understand that sometimes, due to different circumstances, our players can fail the test. If you failed or were not able to complete the test, an alert will reach our security department. They will review your account to make sure everything is fine and you will be contacted via email if they require any further information.
