Why am I unable to use my Payz account?

If you receive a message that your Payz account isn’t allowed, then please email support@winningpokernetwork.com.  You must include a screenshot of your Payz account that displays the account holder’s information and account number. This is for security and verification purposes and will ensure the receiving account is under your name.

How long do Payz deposits take?

Most Payz deposits are approved within minutes. Please note it might take longer (up to 8 business hours) depending on the number of transactions your service provider needs to process.
