Your tourney ticket could be expired, which you can check by looking in the poker client. Remember, your ticket also can only be used for tourneys of that exact buy-in amount, or for the specific tournament they’re designated for. 

If you have a valid tournament ticket but receive an error message when attempting to use it, then restart the poker client. If it still doesn’t work, please contact customer support.
