How do I change my account currency?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the currency of your account. Our poker client uses US Dollars, as all our cash games and tournaments operate in that currency.  

How can I see how much rake I’ve generated in the poker client?

Unfortunately, you can’t view how much rake you’ve generated directly in the poker client. However, our support can provide this information.  Just contact Customer Support with your rake generation request. Be sure to include your nickname, registered email, and timeframe for rake generation.

How can I reopen my account?

We’d be happy to allow you access to our Poker section again. However, we can only do so if you originally chose to temporarily disable your access and not permanently disable it.
