Yes, you have the option to self-exclude from accessing the casino. We offer three different methods to facilitate this directly from your poker client:

Hide Access: Enabling this option will temporarily remove the CASINO tab from your lobby. You can re-enable access at any time. To activate this, go to SETTINGS, locate the RESPONSIBLE GAMING tab, click on DISABLE GAMES, select (CASINO and LIVE DEALER), and click APPLY. To disable, repeat the process and uncheck the option before applying changes.

Temporary Ban: This option allows you to block your casino access for a specified number of days. Access will automatically be reinstated after the chosen period expires. Note that entering ‘0’ will impose a permanent ban.

To implement a temporary ban, navigate to SETTINGS, find the RESPONSIBLE GAMING tab, click BAN GAMES, enter the number of days, and click OK.

Permanent Ban: Selecting this option will permanently block your casino access as per our responsible gaming policy. This action cannot be undone.

To permanently ban yourself from the casino, go to SETTINGS, locate the RESPONSIBLE GAMING tab, click BAN GAMES, then click BAN and confirm the change.
