There are several reasons why your account might be suspended. To resolve this issue and understand the specific reason for your account suspension, please reach out to our customer service team from the registered email associated with your account. They will be able to provide you with detailed information and assist you in resolving any issues.
Log into the Poker Client. Click on the Green ‘My Account’ button on the top right of the screen. Or you can also see it under your username in the main lobby.
To access your financial history follow these steps: Click the Green ‘My Account’ button in the lobby. Next, click on the ‘Financial History’ tab. Your financial history will appear in a new window. You can apply various filters to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the currency of your account. Our poker client uses US Dollars, as all our cash games and tournaments operate in that currency.
Unfortunately, you can’t view how much rake you’ve generated directly in the poker client. However, our support can provide this information. Just contact Customer Support with your rake generation request. Be sure to include your nickname, registered email, and timeframe for rake generation.
